Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Daily Ritual. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Rural addresses may require additional transit time.

3. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.

International Customs & Duties: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Daily Ritual has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped. Daily Ritual is not responsible for shipments that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us immediately at info@dailyritualcacao.co so we can assist you.

  • For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product so we can expedite a replacement or solution for you.
